When you are going to invest your money put it in a safe investment. Shot term with a high return is the approximate one. Large banks would doubtless like to repair credit after the Turner Radio Network leak. Turner radio network released some information about the bank stress test from insider Treasury sources. Turner Radio Network isn't affiliated with Ted Turner; rather, it is run by Hal Turner, a white supremacist who likes to claim a libertarian mantle.

I have not come across an umbrella policy before; perhaps they don’t exist in the UK. However, I will agree with previous comment, why should we cover a value of assets. People are getting more and more in compensation and they can sue for any amount they think is appropriate.

Dear Sirs, I had an auto accident involving a pedestrian. She has sued me in order to receive payment from my insurance company. This case will probably not go to court. Howver, I would like information on how to protect my assets. I realize that I might not be able to buy coverage at this point, but I have not indication that I will have to go to court. I was told by this the person issuing the court papers to send the papers to my insurance company and they would had this claim. I still do not trust the insurance company to handle this problem. Do you have any suggestions.

I don't understand why umbrella coverage should equal one's assets. If I hypothetically had assets of two million, what's to prevent someone for suing me for ten or a hundred? Maybe I should have coverage of a hundred million, because I think I'm enough of a risk and I don't want to have to declare bankruptcy if I lose a hundred million dollar case? Or maybe all I need is coverage of one million, under the assumption that a million dollars is enough coverage to make the insurance company rather fight the case than simply settle.
