      <description>The St Paul Pioneer Press reports that a holder of a 3.25% CD in Main Street Bank of Forest Lake MN, that failed, receieved a .88% CD by the purchaing bank. Dosn't the holder have a right to cash instead of a lesser coupon CD?</description>
