I have a 401k from a previous employer with a reasonable amount in it, and I have a long time to go with it maturing. Ideally I'd like to roll this into a tax free account such as a Roth IRA, however my understanding is that to do this I would have to pay the taxes out of pocket, and not out of the 401ks funds. Do you have any suggestions or tips on this :o) Thanks for the podcast.

Hi Moneygirl...I really like your podcast and for the first time I am managing to understand some heavy terms! Just a question though:I noticed you are adding transcript of your podcast in the LYRICS section. But when I press the button to view it on my iPod, instead of the transcript I see Description of the podcast! So it would be better if you could tell me some way to view the real lyrics...Thanks and keep up the great work.
